What is Laughter Yoga?
Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter exercises, deep breathing, stretching & playing.
We will start with gentle sounds.
It can be done alone or in a group. It is done as an exercise for well-being. The laughter exercises most of the times turn into real laughter & as it is contagious one can’t help themselves but laugh & then laugh more.
Clive's courses are fully insured and he, of course, has been CRB background criminal record checked, We will come to your company, club or castle
